Before you call: what Magnolia's does not do
A few jobs are outside Magnolia's scope. Each of these belongs to a licensed specialist in that trade:
- Large tree removal.
- Irrigation system install or repair.
- Chemical applications of any kind (fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide). This work requires a Tennessee applicator charter license, which Magnolia's does not hold.
- Large hardscape builds, such as patios, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens.
